The University of Missouri/Harlan Mutant Mouse Regional Resource Center is one of three regional centers comprising the MMRRC. Regional Centers include: MU/Harlan Consortium, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and UC Davis. The MMRRC is funded by grants from NIH/NCRR.
MMRRC Goals:
- Provide valuable mouse models to investigators
- Storage of mouse embryos or gametes by cryopreservation and recovery of cryopreserved lines
- Phenotypic characterization of genetically modified mice (GEM)
- Health and genetic monitoring of GEM
- Distribution of GEM
- Research
